We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

A refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Once a refund is approved:

You may cancel via your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing [email protected].

6.2 Effect of Cancellation6.2 取消后效果

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.订阅在当前计费周期结束前保持有效,不再续费。
  • Paid features will downgrade to the free tier at the end of the billing period.付费功能将在计费周期结束后降级为免费套餐。
  • Your data and profiles are retained for 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently deleted. Please export your data before cancelling.取消后您的数据和浏览器环境保留 30 天,之后永久删除。请在取消前导出数据。

6.3 Annual Plans6.3 年度方案

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window: no refund is issued for remaining months, but you retain full access until the annual period expires.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes7. 拒付与支付争议

We strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from digital service contracts within 14 calendar days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
