GDPR and international data protection

An overview of privacy rights and international data-handling principles for IFox9 services.

No blanket certification claim

This page explains our intended data-protection approach; it is not a certification and does not mean every customer workflow is automatically GDPR-compliant. Customers remain responsible for the accounts, websites, instructions, and personal data they process with IFox9.

Data protection principles

Where GDPR applies, personal data should be handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently; collected for stated purposes; limited to what is needed; kept accurate; retained only as necessary; and protected with appropriate safeguards.

Individual rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, individuals may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, receive portable data, or withdraw consent. Some rights have legal exceptions. Submit a request through our support page so identity and scope can be verified.

International transfers and providers

AI clients, model providers, payment services, support tools, proxies, and websites selected by a customer may process data in other jurisdictions. Review each provider and use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required.

Contact and complaints

For a privacy request, use the contact page and describe the relevant account, service, and request. Do not include passwords or access tokens. You may also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
